ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Please read the following terms and conditions as these terms of use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KNOW regarding your use of the Site and/or the services provided by KNOW.

KNOW reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. In addition, when using any particular services, you may be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms applicable to such services. All such guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.

YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE SHALL MEAN THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS. By accessing or using any Website or Services you also represent that you have the legal authority as per applicable law (including but not limited to age requirement) to accept the Terms on behalf of yourself and/or any other person you represent in connection with your use of the Site or Services. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or Services.

 

General Guidelines  

KNOW reserves the right to refuse service to anyone as KNOW sees fit. KNOW reserves the right to provide the service as KNOW sees fit and has the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop 24 hours before the first day of the workshop with no obligation to give refunds. Service may vary from location to location depending on the city and venue availability. KNOW has the right to allocate equipment and material as KNOW sees fit. Workshop outcome may vary from city to city depending on a lot of factors such as but not limited to:  time constraint, availability of equipment or material, level of knowledge of majority of attendees and so forth.

Registration Confirmation
All seats are on a first come, first serve basis. Your participation in the workshop will be confirmed once we have received full payment of your chosen workshop along with a copy of the transfer receipt within 12 Hours of your receipt date.

Making payment with out sending proof of payment to our email or whatsapp No. does not guarantee your seat.

Payment Installments
Permission for partial payments must taken by email at least 14 days before the workshop.
Partial payment may be accepted providing that you complete the rest of the payment 7 days before the workshop.
In the case of not completing the payment 7 days prior, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be by email and at least 7 days before the workshop to receive a full refund of the price.

If you cancel by email in less than 7 days before the workshop, you will not receive a refund and the price will be considered credit to attend any other workshop that you may choose; providing that you register to save a seat. If the price of your new workshop is higher than the amount of credit you have then you shall have to pay the difference. Workshop credit may be gifted to someone else by informing us through email.  There will no cancelation after attending the first day of the workshop.

Failing To Show-up
In the case of no-show the amount you paid is non-refundable.
