Day 1 Intro to Floristry

The focus for day one is exploring florist tools, care, and conditioning of our flowers to make them last longer and we will be arranging flowers in vases and creating beautiful all-round posy and hand-tied arrangements.

Day 2 Foliage & Flowers

The focus for day two is what to look for when buying flowers and foliage, poisonous plants and their care, care of created floral designs, focal designs, focal lines, and creating a symmetrical floral arrangement and long low table arrangement.

Day 3 Floral Decor

The focus for day three is the classical posy arrangements and a table wreath design.

This 3-day workshop teaches floral professionals and enthusiasts how to create both decorative arrangements suitable for the home and different events. It teaches the proper techniques for pairing different foliage and flowers and how to care for them.

Participants will receive a certificate from one of the most prestigious academies in the business; The British Academy of Floral Art.
